Street Repair on 4th Street

Contractors with Bryers Paving started tearing out the concrete in the 700 block of 4th Street, between Koogle and Allen, this morning. The concrete did not have the right consistency and must be replaced at the contractors expense. The street has been blocked from through traffic and will take up to two weeks for completion.
