Begins: 7/15/2026 - 8:00 a.m.
Ends: 7/15/2026 - 5:00 p.m.
Last day to pay your utility bill before 10% late fee is applied.

Begins: 7/16/2026 - 5:30 p.m.
Ends: 7/16/2026 - 7:00 p.m.

Disconnect Day for Unpaid Utility Accounts
Begins: 7/20/2026 - 1:00 p.m.
Ends: 7/20/2026 - 1:00 p.m.
Disconnections will be at 1:oo p.m. for unpaid utility accounts. Contract City Hall at 806-874-3438 before 1:00 p.m. for assistance.
Emergency Siren System Test
Begins: 7/29/2026 - 12:00 p.m.
Ends: 7/29/2026 - 12:30 p.m.
Donley County Sheriffs Office will be testing the Emergency Sirene Systen around noon, weather permitting.
