Candidate Packets can be picked up at City Hall or downloaded from the Government Tab, May 2, 2026 General Election.
Election will be for 3 Alderman.
Closed for New Year
Begins: 1/1/2026 - 8:00 a.m.
Ends: 1/1/2026 - 5:00 p.m.
City Hall will be closed New Years Day but will be open Friday, January 2, 2026.
City Council Meeting
Begins: 1/8/2026 - 5:30 p.m.
Ends: 1/8/2026 - 7:00 p.m.

First Day to File an Application for a Place on the May 2, 2026 Ballot
Begins: 1/14/2026 - 8:00 a.m.
Ends: 2/13/2026 - 5:00 p.m.
Utility Bills Due
Begins: 1/15/2026 - 8:00 a.m.
Ends: 1/15/2026 - 5:00 p.m.
Last day to pay your utility bill before 10% late fee applies.
Utility Disconnects
Begins: 1/20/2026 - 1:00 p.m.
Ends: 1/20/2026 - 1:00 p.m.
All unpaid utility accounts will be disconnected at 1:00 p.m.
Contact City Hall for assistance to prevent disconnections before 1:00 p.m. at 806-874-3438.
Last Day to file For a Place on the Ballot for the May 2, 2026 General Election
Begins: 2/13/2026 - 8:00 a.m.
Ends: 2/13/2026 - 5:00 p.m.
