Last Day to Pay Utility Bill to Avoid Late Fees
Begins: 4/15/2026 - 8:00 a.m.
Ends: 4/15/2026 - 5:00 p.m.
10% late fee applies if paid after 5:00 p.m. on the 15th.
Quarterly HOT Funds Due
Begins: 4/15/2026 - 8:00 a.m.
Ends: 4/15/2026 - 5:00 p.m.
Quarterly Hotel Occupancy Tax due. A 5% late fee will apply per month taxes are outstanding. Contact City Secretary Machiel Covey at 806-874-3438 for more information. Go to Government Tab and at the bottom of the right column is more information on HOT Funds.
Utility Disconnect Day
Begins: 4/20/2026 - 1:00 p.m.
Ends: 4/20/2026 - 1:00 p.m.
Payments must be received by 1:00 p.m. to avoid disconnection. Contact City Hall at 806-874-3438 for options to prevent disconnection.
Earth Day!
Begins: 4/22/2026 - 12:00 a.m.
Ends: 4/22/2026 - 11:59 p.m.
40 YD Clean-Up Day
Begins: 4/25/2026 - 8:00 a.m.
Ends: 4/25/2026 - 11:59 p.m.

Emergency Siren System Test
Begins: 4/29/2026 - 12:00 p.m.
Ends: 4/29/2026 - 12:30 p.m.
The Donley County Sheriffs Office will test the Emergency Siren System around noon, weather permitting.
