Welcome Alderman Christopher Topliff

The Clarendon City Council went into Executive Session at a Called Meeting on July 15, 2025 to appoint a new council member to the vacant seat. Ten citizens expressed interest in filling the seat and after deliberations, City Council appointed Christopher Topliff as Alderman. Mayor Fangman swore in Alderman Topliff who then took his seat at the City Councial table. The City of Clarendon Council an Staff welcome our new Alderman, Christopher Topliff!
